9 Ways to Earn with Young Living

1. Earnings from your sponsored Retail Customers and Preferred Customers

You get paid commission of 24% on sales to personally sponsored Customers, and 12% to personally sponsored Preferred Customers (Customers with Autoship orders).

2. Rebate on your personal purchases:

When the sum of all your purchase volume made by yourself and your personally enrolled Customers/Preferred Customers in a calendar month reaches 200 PV, you earn a 10% rebate on any additional PV (purchase volume) in that month. Example: the total of your purchases and your personally enrolled customers equals $450. You earn $25 rebate ($450 - $200 = $250 x 10% = $25)

3. Fast-Track Star Bonus

A bonus paid on the purchases made by your personally enrolled new Distributors for the first two months they are enrolled: 25% for the first month and15% for the second. You must have 50PV the first month and an autoship of 50PV in the second month to qualify.

4. Matching Bonus

A bonus paid to you that matches, dollar for dollar, the Star Bonus paid to your personally enrolled new Distributors during two of the first three months of the new Distributor's enrollment. (If they earn the Star Bonus in month 1 and 2, you receive a matching bonus for those first two consecutive months, but not in the third month. If they earn the Star Bonus in month 2 and 3 of their business, you receive a matching bonus for those 2 months.)

5. Unilevel Commissions:

Distributors are paid "Unilevel" commissions of 5% on all sales in the first 5 levels of their downline organizations, based on Achievement level. Dynamic compression means that any level with less than 50PV compresses up into the level above it, assuring that commissions are paid on all possible levels.


6. Generation Bonuses:

When you become a Silver Distributor, you begin a generation that continues down to but does not include the next Silver (or above) in your organization. The Generation Bonus pays you an extra 3% on all sales volume in all legs of your entire organization (down to the next Silver or above in any given leg). As Distributors in your organization advance to the rank of Silver, new generations are created. You earn 4% on the additional generations up to 7 generations, depending on your Achievement level. (Generations can extend infinitely below the 5 levels of the Unilevel part of the plan if there are no or few Silver Distributors in a given leg.)

7. Preferred Customer Performance Bonus

In addition to all other commissions/bonuses, you may generate Preferred Customer Performance Bonus structures to generate an additional $100, $200, and $500 (total $800 per structure) each month. There is no limit to the number of structures you may create to multiply this Bonus.

8. Distributor Team Performance Bonus

In addition to all other commissions/bonuses, you may generate Distributor Team Performance Bonus structures to generate an additional $500-2,000 each month. There is no limit to the number of structures you may create to multiply this Bonus.

9. Leadership Bonus:

A bonus earned by Diamond and Crown Diamond Distributors who help develop other Diamond Distributors in their organizations. For one new Diamond Distributor, another 1% is paid for their next 4 generations. And for each new Diamond Distributor in that same leg, the 1% is paid on their 5 generations.
